1. Space requirements. The leveler can be installed with multiple parts after machining, so the fixture is required to provide the machined surface in the space. In addition, the support plate of the fixture is movable, supported, sinking and rotating, so the fixture should not interfere with the machine tool.
2. Reschedule. It is necessary to change the processing object by changing the processing program. In order to reduce the idle time of the auxiliary equipment for changing the equipment, the fixture has the function of rearranging or changing the positioning of the clamping part when changing the workpiece. In addition, due to the increase in single-piece machining time in CNC-machined multi-surface machining, production efficiency can be increased if the fixtures are designed to be exchanged outside the work area of the leveler.
3. Positioning requirements. The workpiece should be positioned in the fixture, and the base fluid of the workpiece should have a strict position relative to the original point of the leveler to meet the requirements of the relative movement of the workpiece and the tool. At the same time, the fixture should be positioned on the machine tool. Each positioning surface of the fixture should have a coordinate size corresponding to the origin of the machine tool to meet the positioning and installation requirements in CNC machining.
4. Accuracy requirements. The straightening machine has the characteristics of continuous multi-surface automatic processing, so the requirements for the straightening machine fixture are higher than the accuracy and rigidity of the ordinary machine tool, thereby reducing the positioning error; the clamping error and deformation error in the rough machining of the workpiece.
