Routine Maintenance of Roll Grinding Machine
CNC roll grinder is a large precision machine, which is the key equipment for metal plate, metal strip and foil processing. In the daily use and operation of the roll grinder, the following routine maintenance needs to be done:
1. Check the oil pump for abnormal noise and overheating
2. Check that the oil pressure and oil quantity of the static and dynamic bearings of the grinding wheel and check if the filter are normal
3. Check whether the lubrication of the transmission parts is good, and check whether the center are normal
4.Check that the tension of the V-belt of the headstock and check if grinding wheel frame is normal.
5. Check that the flow of grinding fluid is sufficient and check if the pressure is normal. Check whether the angle of the cooling nozzle is suitable and adjust it in time.
6. Check that the paper filter system is normal and that the filter paper is sufficient.
7. Check if the grinding wheel is in good condition before starting the grinding wheel.
8. Start the power supply of the roll grinding machine and carry out a test run on the grinding wheel.
9.Check if the oil pressure ofhydraulic system is normal.
10. Check if the measuring system and eddy current flaw detection system are intact.
11. Check if the spindle oil temperature control system works normal.
