Product characteristics
WTDQ type integrated type hydrogen production system is a product designed by our company specially for electric power system, with hydrogen production capacity of 5Nm3/h-10Nm3/h from a single unit and hydrogen production station type layout;
WTDQ type integrated hydrogen production system is a hydrogen production system integrating electrolytic tank, separator frame and hydrogen drying device, which has the characteristics of high integration, high automation, small volume, small footprint and meets the requirements of environmental protection;
The core component of the device, the electrolyzer, is the latest development of our company, which adopts a new technology to increase the current density and reduce the volume and weight of the electrolyzer;
The hydrogen production system and drying system are combined into one, which is more convenient for users to install and operate, and saves floor space; it can realize fully automatic control, and can be connected to users' DCS to reach the level of unattended;
The purity of the product hydrogen can reach 99.8% before purification treatment, and the dew point reaches -60℃; the purity of oxygen can reach 99.2%.
