Common Faults & Treatment Measures of Roll Grinders
When grinding with a roll grinder, we often encounter a series of situations such as the inability of the Z axis to rotate, checking the INSPECTER communication, and soft landing. What's causing this to happen? Today, I will introduce these three problems often encountered by rotary roller grinders.
1. Manual Z-axis cannot be rotated
The reason for the failure is that the interlock between the Z-axis and the turning device is not in place, so that the Z-axis filter is blocked or the pressure is increased.
Treatment measures: Paste the stainless steel belt, then modify the model of the pulley, and adjust the running height as before, and replace the Z-axis filter and guide rail at the same time.
2. Fault alarm: check the communication of INSPECTER
Cause of failure: This alarm occurs because the eddy current emitted by the probe on the surface of the roll cannot be fed back in time due to transmission. When the waiting time is too long, a fault alarm will occur.
Actions: Close the INSPECTER software, then restart it, you can also choose to interrupt the running program and start over.
3. Soft landing
Cause of failure: When there is a vibration factor, the bottom sensor cannot correctly sense the sensing position of the soft landing. It may also be because the socket is loose during the signal transmission process, so that the signal cannot be transmitted.
Solution: Hang a small wooden hammer on the thin wire rope of the induction hammer, and let the soft landing signal light display normally. Test both sides until it works. Punch holes under the soft landing cover to introduce string induction in the holes. If the signal light does not turn on normally, you need to pull the small rope back and forth until the signal light turns on normally. If the socket is loose, you need to wrap the socket.
The above three points are the introduction of common faults and treatment measures of roll grinding machine.
