Composition of electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment
The electrolytic water hydrogen production plant mainly consists of electrical equipment, electrolytic tank, gas-liquid separation & drying purification system. A complete electrolytic water hydrogen production plant consists of electrical equipment (power supply system), electrolyzer, gas-liquid separation & drying purification system and other auxiliary systems (water replenishment, electric control, heat treatment, etc.).
The electrical equipment provides power supply for the main electrolyzer and controls/regulates the pressure of the equipment; the electrolyzer is the main body of the hydrogen production equipment, which separates hydrogen and oxygen by adding electrolyte; the gas-liquid separation & drying purification system separates the hydrogen from the electrolyte and dries & purifies it at the same time to produce high-purity hydrogen products; other equipment includes water replenishment device, etc. The electrolysis process consumes a large amount of water.
