After procesing everyday, clean the whole body of the outer grinder with a brush. It is forbidden to blow air directly on the workbench or guide rail with an air gun to prevent iron filings from entering the guide rail and affecting the accuracy of the cylindrical grinder.
During operation, it is strictly forbidden to use a fan to blow air on the workbench to prevent dust and iron filings from rolling into the guide rail, which will affect the accuracy and feel of the guide rail.
The guide rail oil of the cylindrical grinder should be replaced and supplemented in time. Under normal circumstances, if the oil in the oil sight glass is cloudy or black, it should be replaced. The time is controlled within 3-6 months, the first 3 months and the last 6 months.
Please use professional lubricating oil for the guide rail of the cylindrical grinder, generally use 32× guide rail oil.
Regularly check whether the wire rope of the cylindrical grinder workbench is loose and locked to prevent it from breaking or affecting the accuracy of the hand.
Regularly clean the guide rails of the workbench to prevent iron filings from abrading the surface of the guide rails and affecting the accuracy of the guide rails. Wash the rails with petrol and wipe with a rag. For the sundries inlaid on the wear-resistant plate, gently remove them with a blade. The above operations should be carried out under the guidance of professionals or handled by the person in charge of the supplier.
Regularly check whether the operation of the cylindrical grinder body is unstable and level.
If it is a manual cylindrical grinder, check the tightness of the wire rope regularly.
If it is a semi-automatic cylindrical grinder, check the concentration of the grinding fluid every week and replace it in time.
