CNC cylindrical grinders have many different performances and features, we must pay attention to these aspects in operation. If you do not pay attention in use, it may cause the service life of cylindrical grinder to be shortened, which will bring a lot of influence to the work. Then let's take a look at the maintenance of the CNC cylindrical grinder.
The key parts of the maintenance of the precision CNC cylindrical grinding machine : grinding wheel frame, oil tank, hydrostatic oil tank, table drive mechanism (Z axis), transverse feed mechanism, X axis, ball screw lubrication system, etc.
Grinding wheel stand: Check the spindle gap, whether the unloading pulley bearing is damaged, whether the grinding wheel motor is running abnormally, and whether the dynamic pressure is established.
Oil tank: Check whether the oil pump shaft is damaged or broken. Whether there are defects such as oil-water mixing phenomenon.
Hydrostatic oil tank of Cylindrical Grinding machine: Change the oil every 6 months, clean the oil filter screen, check whether the oil pressure relay is in good contact.
Worktable drive mechanism (Z axis): Check the accuracy of positioning, repeated positioning, backlash, etc. If there is any problem, disassemble and repair the ball screw, and check whether there is oil-water mixing.
Cross feed mechanism (X-axis): The inspection method is the same as that of Z-axis.
Ball screw lubrication system: Check the lubrication effect of the lubricating station and the metering part, and whether there is any blockage. If the oil does not pass through, remove the oil needle of the metering part, and make it lubricating after repairing.
