The working principle of the welding pipe unit is mainly divided into three steps: forming, welding and cooling. First,
after the flat steel is pre-treated, it is formed by the pipe forming machine. The steel plate is bent into a round tube
by the guide roller and roller press. Then, the formed steel pipe enters the welding machine. The welding machine
forms a local heating area at both ends of the steel pipe through high-frequency induction heating technology. The
steel plate in the heating area melts and welds together to form a complete steel pipe. Finally, the steel pipe after
welding enters the cooling machine. The cooling machine uses the water pipe and fan to quickly cool the welding
point, so that the welding point solidifies and obtains good welding quality.

but usually include a loading rack, a pipe feeding device, a rear axle flexural transmission mechanism, a horizontal
spiral looper, a resistance welded pipe machine, a positioning device, a pipe release mechanism, a grinding head,
a base, a vertical roller seat, a horizontal bracket and other parts. These parts work together to complete the
process of forming, welding and cooling of steel pipes.
The application field of the welded pipe unit is very wide. In addition to the steel, construction and pipeline
industries, it is also widely used in oil, natural gas, water conservancy, manufacturing and other industries. The
