1. Tightening of top bolts:

 

1.1. Screw on the bolts by hand in a diagonal manner.

 

1.2. Use a torque wrench to tighten step by step in a diagonal manner.

 

1.3. After the top is tightened, the rotation accuracy (runout) should be checked. If the rotation accuracy exceeds the standard, the reason should be checked. If the reason is not found out, it cannot continue to be used.


Regularly carry out spot checks and fixed repairs on the pressure, precision, lubrication, etc. For example, is the grinding wheel spindle in good condition? Is the spindle oil pressure normal? The grease of each part is replaced regularly; the positioning accuracy of the X and Z axes, the repeat positioning accuracy, and whether the backlash is within the national standard or the required range, etc.
