3. Check the water cooling system to make sure the cooling water circulates properly. Overheating will damage the electrode.
4. Insert the pipe between the electrodes and adjust the pipe so that the ends are level with the electrodes.

6. Turn on the power to start, stop the power supply when both ends of the pipe melt, and then hold the pressure to cool.
7. Crimping time is generally between 1-5 seconds, the specific parameters should be determined according to the pipe diameter and wall thickness.
8. Holding pressure cooling time needs to be enough, usually holding pressure time is 3-4 times the crimping time.
9. After the welding is completed, the surface quality of the welded joint should be checked to ensure that there are no defects.
10. To regularly maintain the electrode to ensure that its contact surface is clean and flat.
