Installation & Commissioning Bar Standard of Straightening Machine
The bar straightening machine is a straightening equipment specially used for bars. Compared with other straightening machines, although the uses are different, their installation and commissioning are basically the same. It also requires sufficient preparation before installation, careful operation during installation, and pay attention to commissioning after installation.
Before installing bar straightening machine, it is necessary to check whether the parts of the whole machine are complete and whether their respective positions are reliable. If the bar straightening machine is installed against the wall or other buildings, there should be a gap, in order to facilitate the later maintenance of the equipment, and also to facilitate the transportation of materials.
Near the installation site of the straightening machine, a site for convenient stacking and transportation of finished products should be set aside, so as to avoid no place to store straightened bars. The first thing to pay attention to during the installation of the bar straightening machine is to ensure that the steel bars from the feeding, straightening, the center of the inner groove of the pressing roller, and the center of the fixed cylindrical knife of the trolley are on a horizontal line.
And the blanking frame should also be kept on the same center line, but lower than the center line to about 5cm; and the blanking support frame is required to be close to the body and fixed with expansion bolts to ensure accurate blanking without causing some hidden dangers. The electrical control cabinet of the straightening machine should be installed on the ground about 1.5 meters away from the host for easy control.
