The open seam is usually caused by the severely insufficient deformation of the strip, the rapid change of the working width or the long-distance welding deviation of the internal welding. 1. The height of roller is not enough, which causes the forming seam to be tight inside and loose outside.
2. The working width of the strip is not uniform, or the edge of the strip is in poor condition, causing the forming seam to be tight and loose.
3. There is no groove on the edge of the strip, or the strip is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, causing the forming seam to be tight and loose on the outside.
4. The forming seam is tight and loose outside caused by the improper shape of the vertical roller squeezing the lower edge of the strip.
5. The condition of strip delivery is not good, which will cause the inner tightness of the forming seam to be loose and loose while being tight.
