Notes on the operation of diesel generator sets
(1) empty plant running stable, gradually increase the load, do not suddenly add negative plant;
(2) should always pay attention to the oil pressure, temperature, water temperature and the switch screen on each instrument indication value should be in all types of diesel engines, generator operating instructions within the specified range;
(3) regularly check the adequacy of fuel, oil and cooling water;
(4) the new unit must run under 90% of the rated power of the negative plant for 4 hours before working at rated power and rated speed;
(5) If the operating environment of the unit exceeds the permitted conditions of calibration, the output power should be corrected according to the regulations;
(6) The following matters should be noted in operation:
Pay attention to the changes of water temperature, oil temperature and oil pressure at any time, if it is not normal, it should be stopped and checked, regularly check the storage amount of fuel, oil and cooling water and the cleanliness of cooling water, check whether there is oil leakage, water leakage, gas leakage and other abnormalities in the diesel engine, observe whether there is any abnormality in the exhaust smoke color of the diesel engine (the normal smoke color is slightly greenish gray, if it is dark blue and thick black, it should be stopped and checked), forbid water, oil, metal or other foreign objects into the motor, motor voltage should be balanced in all three phases;
(7) operation must have a detailed record, including environmental parameters, oil machine operating parameters, start time, stop time stop reasons, causes of failure, troubleshooting methods, the name and number of replacement parts, etc.;
