The vibration source of the roll grinder mainly comes from the following aspects:
(1) The grinding wheel drive motor is unbalanced and oscillated, which is the main factor.
(2) The grinding wheel is not dynamically and statically balanced, and it oscillates when it rotates.
(3) The length or tightness of the transmission V-belt is inconsistent and oscillation occurs.
(4) The grinding force is unbalanced and the metal grinding layer thickness is uneven.
(5) The smooth effect of the supporting neck frame bracket is not good, or oscillation will occur when the grinding is point or line.
