Roll grinder daily maintenance
1) Oil supply and maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the roll grinder manual, in accordance with the specified lubrication method, the type and grade of lubricating oil, and the requirements of the grinding machine lubrication chart at each lubricating part.
2) Before the lubricating oil is poured into the oil tank and other containers, it should be filtered by the built oil net, and the oil volume of the oil tank must reach the oil mark line.
3) Oil-sensing appliances such as oil pots and oil guns must be clean and complete, and greases of different brands are not allowed to be mixed.
4) No fine wool impurities should be left in the oil tank. If the lubricating oil in the oil tank is precipitated, scaled, or water accumulated, it should be replaced immediately.
5) For lubricating parts that are softer than the oil cup, screw in at least two buttons per shift.
6) It is forbidden to add water to the coolant, and the coolant should be added when the coolant is insufficient.
7) The oil pan of the workbench, the pipe for draining the coolant and the over-cleaning net should be frequently cleaned of wear debris, grease, sundries, etc.
8) Always pay attention to cleaning the wear debris, dust, grease, etc. on the guide rails, worktables and other parts to ensure that the grinding machine will not be pulled or scratched during operation.
9) Check the grinding wheel frequently, and do not use the cracked grinding wheel. The protective cover, the position of the grinding wheel and the mounting card must be safe and reliable.
10) After the work is completed, the grinding machine should be wiped carefully, and each sliding surface should be coated with a thin layer of oil, and each part should be free of grease, grinding, dust and other debris.
11) Clean up the workpieces, accessories and tools and place them neatly. Clean up the work area.
