Supplement Points of Roll Grinding Machine
Regarding as CNC roll grinding machine, some instructions must be known and mastered. Below are some main instruction for roll grinding machine:
(1) During the operation of the roll grinding machine, the operator should pay close attention to the contact between the grinding wheel and the workpiece surface, whether it is normal, and whether it needs to add coolant.
(2) The selection of cooling liquid, a saponified liquid with a slightly higher concentration should be selected, and it must be strictly cleaned and filtered before use. Moreover, its feed rate should not be too large and should meet the specified requirements.
(3) If the ambient temperature is high, the lighting equipment should not be too close to the workpiece during grinding, so as to prevent the workpiece from expanding, thus affecting the quality of grinding.
(4) If the surface of the workpiece is rough, it may be that the coolant is not clean, or there is floating sand on the surface of the grinding wheel. If the workpiece is partially burned, it may be insufficient cooling, or the feed rate is too large, or the grinding wheel may be passivated.
