The use steps before and after the use of the straightening machine
1. Before work
1). Check the leveling machine and electrical switch, whether the grounding of the equipment is in good condition.
2). Check the processed parts, pressure pads, top pads and support pads for cracks.
3). Wear and use the prescribed labor protection equipment.
2. In work
1). Adjust the pressing speed according to the material properties of the workpiece and the processing curvature to prevent the workpiece from breaking and flying out.
2). The operator of the straightening machine should hold a certificate and pay attention to listening to the instructions of the foreman when working, and pay attention to whether there are obstacles around.
3). When multiple people are working, there must be personnel command. When the processed parts are turned in and out, the foreman must give instructions to other personnel to cooperate closely with each other. Hands are not allowed to be placed between the rollers of the feeding and discharging rack and the workpiece.
4). When the top pad needs to be moved during processing according to the curvature of the workpiece, the contact between the top pad and the plug is not less than two-thirds. The contact between the beginning and end of the workpiece and the support pad should be greater than the center axis of the support pad. When bending a profile with a large curvature, no one is allowed to stand at the end.
5). The processed objects should be instructed by personnel when loading and unloading the rack, and the wind top switch can be activated only when the command is heard.
6). Arrange the processed objects neatly according to the fixed management requirements, and place the pads firmly.
3. After work
1). Cut off the power supply and restore the original state of each control system.
2). Clean up and clean the work site, and do a good job in the maintenance of the straightener.
