2. Centerless grinder: the workpiece is placed between the grinding wheel and the guide rail and is supported by a pallet for grinding.
Compared with the cylindrical grinder, the centerless grinder has the following advantages:
High productivity (no need to hit the center and save time for clamping), so it is mostly used for batch production and mass production.
Grinding surface accuracy, geometric shape accuracy is high, Ra is small
It can be equipped with an automatic feeding mechanism to realize automatic production.
3. Internal grinder: used to grind cylindrical holes and conical holes, and its main parameter is to grind the diameter of the inner hole.
4. Surface grinder: It is divided into horizontal shaft moment table grinder (lower productivity, but higher processing accuracy, Ra is smaller, which belongs to peripheral grinding), vertical shaft moment table grinder, vertical shaft round table grinder (high productivity, but higher processing accuracy) Low, Ra is larger, it belongs to end grinding), horizontal axis cylindrical grinder.
