Water electrolysis hydrogen production purification equipment
This series of hydrogen purification devices uses three desiccators to work in turn. The advantage is that the desorption depth of the adsorbent is high, the product hydrogen is used as the regeneration gas, there is no loss of regeneration gas, and the purity of the product hydrogen is high. The pneumatic valve in the device is controlled by PLC program, which can realize the automatic switching of the working state of the dryer, and has the function of automatic drainage, which reduces the workload of personnel and improves the reliability of the device.
The hydrogen purity of the product is up to 99.999%, the oxygen content is ≤1ppm, and the water content is ≤1ppm (dew point ≤-70°C).
This series of oxygen purification devices adopts the same three-tower process, the product oxygen purity reaches 99.999%, hydrogen content ≤ 1ppm, water content ≤ 1ppm (dew point ≤ -70°C).
