CNC Centerless Grinding Machine

The centerless grinder has below features:

III. The centerless grinding machine can do rough grinding, fine grinding, polish grinding, rapid infeeding, and all grinding detail could be control precisely during processing.
Centerless grinding machine/centerless grinder use centerless grinding method to grind the rotating surface of workpiece. In centerless grinding machine/centerless grinder, the workpiece is not centered and supported by the top, but placed between the grinding wheel and the regulating wheel, supported by the supporting plate and the regulating wheel, and the axial feed of the workpiece is realized by adjusting the small inclination angle of the regulating wheel axis.
Centerless grinding machine/centerless grinder is suitable for grinding slender cylindrical workpiece, no center hole of short shaft and sleeve type workpiece, widely used for automobile parts processing, bearing processing, cylinder and rotary parts processing, as well as other rotary forming workpiece processing. Because of its high degree of automation, it especially suitable for mass production, and can effectively reduce production management costs, improve productivity, bring benefits to enterprise.
The CNC centerless grinding machine/CNC centerless grinder adopts Siemens CNC system, servo motor for infeeding to reality auto infeeding of X-axis, complete grinding control can be done by NC programming and the centerless grinder has function of fault indication diagnose, rapid approaching, rough grinding, fine grinding, polish grinding, rapid backward speed and time is adjustable.
