2) The working surface of the workbench adopts an overall granite structure. The workbench is driven by SIEMENS linear motors. 4) The grinding wheel frame has developed a hydrostatic spindle system with a wide speed ratio range, high stiffness and high precision to achieve high stiffness and high precision rotation of the grinding wheel. The grinding wheel spindle is supported by hydrostatic bearings. The SIEMENS built-in spindle motor uses refrigerant to force-cool the spindle motor. The grinding wheel spindle is equipped with a grinding wheel balancing device. The supporting management program can continuously detect the status of the grinding wheel during the cycle and immediately perform corrective actions.
