Cold rolling Mill(CRM) is an equipment that uses coils produced by hot rolling as raw materials, through multiple passes of rolling, and rolls them into finished coils, providing raw materials for further plate finishing processing. The single stand reversible four rolling mill (4Hi CRM) has wide range of rolling capacities, it can carry out with an even or odd number of passes to maximize increase roll availability and performance.

4Hi Reversible CRM has the character of sample construction, easy maintenance and less investment. It is especially suitable for primary rough rolling, intermediate processing as well as precise rolling and for a wide range of strip widths.

t is equipped with AGC system to get high precision, which is especially suitable for rolling high precision requirements of cold rolled strip.

Working Process of 4Hi CRM:

Entry tension reel(unloading car) → front device → four-high rolling mill → rear device →exit tension reel (unloading car) etc.

Uncoiler and head straightening machine could be equipped as per user’s needs.
