6Hi Reversible CRM is HC type 6Hi reversible single stand cold rolling mill, rolling mill is provided with has a bending and shifting,With uncoiler, entrance&exit coiling machine, thickness tester, laser velocimeter, can realize large tension rolling, ensure a relatively thin Metal strip high speed and stable production.

CRM is equipped with hydraulic bending working roll to fast adjust roll gibbous degree and change change the distribution of touching pressure between rollers, thus to control plate shape.
The 6Hi reversible cold rolling mill is equipped with AGC system to get high precision, which is especially suitable for rolling high precision requirements of cold rolled wider & thinner coils.
Working Process of 6Hi CRM:
Pay-off reel(loading car) → head straightening unit → entry tension reel(unloading car) → front device → six-roller mill → rear device → exit tension reel(unloading car) → (Auxiliary coiler).
