Tilting machine for roll chock is as named as Chock Tilter. It is widely used roll maintenance workshop of large and medium-sized steel rolling enterprises, to tilt the work and backup roll chock at 90°C , thus continent to disassemble and assemble the bearing in roll chock.
Our tilting equipment for roll chock can tilt various specification of roll & chock, with loading capacity can reach 30T or higher (we can design and manufacture according to the actual requirements of users). The chock tilter adopts full hydraulic drive with excellent mechanical properties. It is has the characteristics of convenient operation, safety and reliability, strong stability, high work efficiency etc. Its designing adopts anti-torsion transmission and anti-subversion safety structure, which can disassemble bearings quickly and efficiently.
