Cut-to-Length Line for Medium & Thick Plate
The Cut-to-length Line(CTL) is a special equipment to cut various grade metal coil into plate, through the processing of decoiling, leveling, sizing and shearing.
Composition of the Cut-to-line Line:
It is usually composed of loading car, decoiler, supporting, leveler, worktable, guide and correcting device, shearer, conveying table, discharging and stacking machine etc. Based on different material and process requirement, the shear can choose stopping shear, rotary shear. It can also equips side trimmer for producing requirement.

High automation: The main components are made of high-precision components, and the electrical control uses imported PLC program controller and touch screen for full-line function control
High accuracy of leveling and slitting, stable and reliable performance, easy to operate and maintaining.
