Slitting machine for thin plates
This slitting machine is used to unwind, level and slit metal coils of different specifications to required width, or cut into flat plates of required lengths and widths. The slitted metal will be used for further processes such as rolling, cold rolling form, pipe making etc.
The Composition of the slitting line:
It is normally composed of loading car, decoiler, plate supporter, leveling, movable bridges, guide and correcting device, side trimmer, servo feeding, precocious leveler, shear, stacking devices, hydraulic system, electric system etc. According different material and processing requirement, the composition and process of slitting machine may differ.
